CREATE YOUR NEXT™ Mentorship
You don’t find your next. You create it.
You’ve built a successful career. Now you’re ready to create something more fully your own, even if you don’t yet know exactly what shape it will take.
Over five months, I'll help you discover what you want to create next and begin bringing it into the world, with my direct guidance and a small group of accomplished people creating alongside you.
November 2026 through March 2027 · Live online
You’re ready for something new you can’t quite name.
You’ve accomplished a lot. But the next role, the familiar work, or more of what you already do well may no longer feel like the next you want.
You sense that you want to express, create, or contribute something more.
Maybe work that once energized you now drains you. Or you love what you do and feel another dimension of yourself asking for expression.
I call that feeling the Tug.
In Create Your Next, you will follow that Tug and create something meaningful that brings more of who you are into your work and life.
You can arrive with one idea, several interests, or simply the knowing that you’re ready to build or create something new.
Together, we’ll turn that Tug into something you’re proud to bring into the world.
By March, you’ll have chosen what you want to create next and begun building something that expresses more of who you are.
Something real, deeply alive, and distinctly yours.
You might be developing a new business, offering your first workshop, building a consulting practice or delivering your first talk.
We'll work together on what you're actually creating. You'll take meaningful steps, see what people respond to, and decide what you want to develop further.
By March, you won’t just have notebooks of notes and ideas. Your next will have shape and be something real in the world.
Kate turned a secret dream into an experience for 5,000 people
Kate was a senior corporate leader and the primary breadwinner in her family. For years, she had dreamed about opening a candy shop, but leaving her career to run a retail business did not fit the life she actually had.
So she kept putting off her dream.
When we explored what mattered about it, a different possibility emerged. Kate loved candy, memory, joy, connection, and bringing people together. She also had years of experience creating events.
Together, we shaped Sweet Connections™, an experience she could build alongside her corporate career.
She hosted the first gathering in her living room. She kept testing and developing it, including at smaller events and leadership gatherings.
She is now preparing to lead her experience at a conference for 5,000 people!
“I can’t believe I’m building my dream.”
- Kate A., Founder of Sweet Connections™
I see both the person and the possibility.
I bring more than 25 years of experience to this mentorship. My career has included McKinsey, Microsoft, venture capital, and founding and leading companies. I’ve written best-selling books, spoken around the world, and built an art practice.
We work directly on what you're creating.
If you're developing a workshop, I'll help you shape it. If you're starting a business, we'll work on your unique method, offer, how you communicate its value, and how to begin finding customers. If you're drawn toward something entirely different, I'll help you recognize the possibilities you haven't considered and choose where to begin.
You'll have my experience, perspective, and direct involvement as you make decisions and develop your work.
You are never starting from scratch.
Everything you have lived is Source Material for what comes next.
Your experience extends far beyond your résumé. The interests you’ve kept separate from your work, the things people turn to you for, and what you know so well you no longer recognize its value all give you something to create with.
During our private 1:1 session and our work together during the mentorship, I will help you recognize the experience and abilities you may be overlooking, connect them with what feels alive to you now, and see possibilities beyond the obvious next step.
We’ll explore what you want to bring forward and what you’re ready to express for the first time.
Your experience gives you more to create with. It doesn’t dictate what you have to create.
DIFFERENT PEOPLE. DIFFERENT NEXTS.
There is no single shape your next has to take.
Susannah went from being a secret artist to selling her work
Susannah is a senior nonprofit executive who had loved making art for years, but she kept it almost entirely private.
A dimension of herself she had kept private now had a public expression, an audience, and paying collectors.
“I am an artist. I believe my art is good enough. I choose to keep pursuing my art. I dare myself to go bigger.”
- Susannah W., Artist & Nonprofit Executive
Liisa finally began to build her own vision for a wellbeing mentorship business
Liisa had years of experience teaching yoga and mindfulness, yet she had stopped seeing the value of what she knew.
She wanted to create something of her own. Working together helped her recognize what she already had to create with and begin giving her own vision form.
She created her first masterclass, followed by a six-week workshop. During that first workshop, she looked around the group and thought:
“This is heaven.”
- Liisa P., Yoga & Meditation Teacher
Today she is building her own wellbeing mentorship business for busy women.
Rachel went from leading teams at Microsoft to helping moms save time with AI (and quadrupling her prices)
Rachel left Microsoft after 20 years knowing she wanted something different. Leadership training was the logical next move, so she began there.
Then she started creating it and discovered it did not energize her.
What genuinely interested her was AI and the ways it could help people simplify life and work. She changed direction, built real offers, landed her first paying client, and began expanding the work to leaders and teams.
When she first priced one of her offers, she priced it like someone new to the work. We repositioned the value of the experience she brought and raised the price fourfold.
“I would not have had the guts to do this a few months ago.”
-Rachel K., Former Microsoft executive, now Founder of AI and Thriving
Cindy began building a runway for her passion while staying in her career
Cindy is a senior insurance leader who wanted to create a runway for what came next while staying in her career.
Her lifelong experience with quilting had always lived outside her professional identity. She began taking it seriously as part of what she wanted to build next.
She is now developing the foundation for a business while she completes the final years of her corporate career.
Her next is taking shape alongside the life she already has.
“I realize now that I was stuck in a box that I had created. Opening the door and windows of the box has helped me to step into who I am.”
-Cindy E., Senior Director
I burned out while running a company I had founded and deeply cared about.
For a long time, I thought I burned out because I worked too much. Eventually, I understood something deeper:
I burned out because I was under-expressed.
I had become very good at being a founder and tech CEO, but the teacher, speaker, writer, mentor, and artist in me had almost no expression.
I was living and working as only part of myself.
That realization led me to ask a question that changed the course of my life:
What parts of myself have I been leaving out of my work and life?
Over the past decade, I've built a career and business that express so much more of who I am. And it's been more fulfilling and successful than I could have imagined.
Reinvention is the act of creating a fuller expression of who you already are.
You were never meant to be just one thing. Your next doesn't have to be one thing either.
HOW WE CREATE YOUR NEXT TOGETHER
Clarity emerges through action. You can’t think or research your way into it.
Our work follows my REINVENT•ABILITY™ framework, which brings together neuroscience and psychology with more than 25 years of experience creating and reinventing.
Here’s the arc we will work through:
1. Anchor in Your Zone of Aliveness
2. Envision What’s Possible
3. Reframe Limiting Beliefs
4. Act to Learn
5. Experiment + Evolve
➔ We begin by exploring what gives you energy, what feels meaningful, and what you want to express more fully. Together, we consider possibilities beyond the most familiar use of your expertise.
➔ Then we choose a project: something you’re excited to create that gives you a concrete way to explore your next. It could be your first workshop, a new offer, a new business, a creative body of work, or an initiative you want to lead.
➔ You’ll develop it during our Live Working Sessions and two focused Action Sprints. During each sprint, you’ll take 1 small daily action, and share brief check-ins so I can help you work through any blocks that come up.
➔ As you create, we pay attention to what energizes you and what creates value for others. You’ll use what you learn to refine your work or change direction.
➔ You don’t have to choose between what feels alive and what creates value. If you want to earn from what you create, we’ll work on that too.
WHO THIS IS FOR
You're doing well in your career, but you've been thinking about starting a business or creative project of your own. You want to explore it without necessarily leaving the work you do now.
You've left a long career, or are preparing to, and the most obvious next step is another version of what you've already done. You're interested in creating something different that feels more fulfilling and expressive of who you are and what energizes you.
You have interests or abilities you've kept outside your professional life for years. You're ready to give them serious attention and discover what you can create.
You don’t need to arrive with clarity. You do need to arrive ready to create.
This is not a class or a workshop. It’s a mentorship. I bring my experience and full commitment to our work together, and I’m looking for people who bring theirs.
CREATE ALONGSIDE PEOPLE WHO TAKE THEIR NEXT AS SERIOUSLY AS YOU DO
You’ll be in a small group of accomplished professionals who bring their own experience and ideas, and the willingness to act before they have every answer.
I personally interview every person for each cohort. That means you’ll be creating alongside people who are committed to doing the work and bringing thoughtful attention to yours.
In our Live Working Sessions, you’ll bring what you’re creating while it’s still developing. We’ll work through your questions, look at the work itself, and decide what to try next. Seeing what others create will expand your sense of what’s possible for you, too
Between sessions, our private WhatsApp group keeps the conversation going. You can share progress, ask a question, and learn from what others are trying.
Expect loving agitation from me, plenty of creativity and joy, and the excitement of seeing something you’ve imagined become real. Creating your next should feel good and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
WHY NOW
The biggest risk is staying where you no longer feel fully alive.
As I’ve learned in my own life, a life that doesn’t feel true to who you are is the greatest risk of all.
You don’t have to make a giant leap.
You can begin creating your next alongside the life you have, with a partner who helps you see what’s possible and act on it.
CREATE YOUR NEXT™ Mentorship
November 2026 through March 2027 · Live online
WHAT’S INCLUDED
➔ Five months of small-group mentorship with me
I’ll get to know you and what you want to create. I’ll help you see possibilities you haven’t considered and recognize the depth of experience you already bring. We’ll work with the beliefs that limit what you see as possible, and work directly on bringing your next to life.
➔ Live mentorship and working sessions
We meet weekly for 2 hours during the first phase, then twice a month from mid-January through March. Our sessions bring together guided exploration and direct work on what you’re creating.
You might bring an idea you haven’t known how to begin, a workshop you’re developing, or an offer you’re ready to share. I’ll help you develop it, challenge you to think bigger where you’re limiting yourself, and work with you on the next steps to make it real.
➔ One private 60-minute mentorship session with me
Time devoted entirely to you. We’ll explore the experience and abilities you may be overlooking, alongside the parts of yourself you want to express more fully. I’ll share the possibilities I see for you and help you consider what you could create beyond the most obvious next step.
➔ Two focused Action Sprints
You’ll take small daily action steps toward what you want to create, with brief check-ins and my active guidance. When a limiting belief or practical obstacle comes up, we’ll work through it. You’ll discover what energizes you by doing it, and build self-trust through seeing what you’re capable of.
➔ A private WhatsApp group
Our work together continues between sessions. Bring a question when it comes up, share something you’re creating, and celebrate what you’ve dared to do. You’ll stay connected with me and with accomplished people who are giving their next the same attention you’re giving yours.
➔ Session recordings and my resource library
You’ll have the recordings to return to, along with exercises and tools to help you apply the work to what you’re creating.
➔ Investment: $12,500
Payment plan available.
If you’re ready to give your next real attention, I invite you to schedule a Clarity Call with me.
We’ll talk about where you are and what our work together could make possible. You’ll have time to ask any questions, and we’ll decide together whether Create Your Next is right for you.
You don't need to make a decision about joining before we talk. The purpose for the call is for us to determine whether this is the right fit.
This is your time
You’ve given so much to what you’ve built.
You deserve to feel deeply alive in what you create next, to keep growing, and to give expression to parts of yourself that have been waiting.
You get to decide that your next deserves your energy and attention.
You don’t need to know exactly what that will look like to make the commitment to create it.
If you decide it’s your time, I would love to be your partner in creating what comes next.
