Gratitude

Gratitude is the skill of focusing your attention on small positive moments in your day -- even when life is challenging.

Research shows that when you practice gratitude, it lowers your stress, improves your mood, and even helps you sleep better!

Today’s challenge: is to write down 3 things you’re grateful for (and remember to be specific!)
