The Space of Possibility
Reconnect to what makes you feel alive and uncover the new possibilities waiting to be expressed in you.
A virtual creative exploration session with Nataly Kogan
Friday, July 24 at 2pm ET / 11am PT
If you're ready for something new in your work or life, but you're not sure what that is, this is a beautiful place to begin.
You don't need a plan. You don't need to have it figured out. You only need a little curiosity and a willingness to explore.
I call this place you’re in the “goo”.
I’ve been there and I know it can feel shapeless and uncertain. You might feel like you’re swimming without a direction.
But you’re not. You're in the space where what's next is slowly beginning to take form.
It's not a problem to solve or rush through.
It's one of the most alive and creative places you can be.
You’re beginning to create your next.
Even if you can’t quite see it yet.
Sometimes what's next begins by making room for a different part of you
Doing something new doesn’t have to mean quitting your job or breaking your life. Sometimes it means giving room to a part of you that's been quiet, something you're curious about, a way you want to create or express yourself.
When you give that part room, you might find new joy in the life you already have. You might find it opens a new path.
Either way, it begins in the same place: by reconnecting to what makes you feel alive, energized, inspired. By stepping into your Zone of Aliveness.
That’s where we uncover our new possibilities for expansion and expression.
Step out of your head and into your aliveness
During the session, we'll move through a few guided creative explorations, with music, color, and zero pressure to make anything good.
You don't need to know how to draw or paint. You don't need any experience at all. This is not an art class. If you can hold a pen or a brush, you're ready.
We use creativity because it allows us to connect to parts of ourselves we can’t talk or journal our way into.
Making things with your hands quiets the inner chatter, reduces stress, and brings you into a state of flow where new ideas and possibilities can surface more easily.
You'll leave this session feeling more alive, with a few new threads of possibilities to follow, something small you can begin exploring this week.
The day I picked up a paintbrush, everything opened
I spent the first half of my life building companies and climbing, all the things I thought I was supposed to want.
Then, at the height of it, I burned out. I had done everything I thought I should but I felt drained and disconnected from myself.
Art brought me back to life.
I picked up a paintbrush at 40, with no training, simply because it made me feel alive. It was something I’d always wanted to do, but hadn’t let myself explore.
And the more I let myself do what felt alive, the more new directions opened for my work and my business, ones I never would have found by planning or thinking.
My whole life expanded because I began to express a part of myself I’d kept hidden.
That's the doorway I want to open for you here.
