You don’t have to know what your next is to know you’re ready for something new.

You may still be successful at what you do.

There may be a lot about your work and life that you genuinely appreciate.

And still, something has changed.

The work that once fit you no longer feels like enough.

You feel less like yourself.

You sense that you’re ready to express, create, or contribute something new, even if you’re not sure what shape it will hold.

I call it the Tug: the visceral sense that you’re ready to do or create something new, even when you’re uncertain what it is or how you’ll do it.

If you’re feeling the tug, this is for you.

We’ve been given a very narrow idea of how to think about our next chapter.

Keep advancing in the work you already know.

Take the next senior role.

Consult in the field where you already have expertise.

Eventually, retire and wind things down.

Or go to the other extreme: quit, start over, and become someone new.

Those aren’t your only choices.

Your next doesn’t have to be another version of your current career.

It doesn’t have to mean quitting your job.

It doesn’t have to fit neatly into one title.

And it doesn’t have to be just one thing.

There are more possibilities for what comes next than you may be able to see from where you are now.

That is what I want to show you.

In this masterclass, I’ll show you:

  • Why wanting something new doesn’t mean something is wrong with what you’ve already created.

  • Why there are more possibilities for your next than the choices you can see right now.

  • Why you are not starting over—even if what you create next is completely new.

  • Why you don’t need to know what your next is before you begin.

  • How to begin creating from where you are now.

You are never starting from scratch.

I’ve seen what becomes possible when accomplished people stop limiting their next to what makes sense on paper.

One client was a senior corporate leader and primary breadwinner who had carried the same dream for twenty years, but the obvious version of it made no sense for her life.

Another had decades of expertise but had become so depleted that she could no longer see what she had to offer.

Another left a successful corporate career knowing she wanted something different, then immediately began building the next thing she thought she “should do”.

They did not arrive with perfect plans.

They began creating and what emerged looked different from what they could see at the beginning.

I’ll share their stories with you in the masterclass.

Hi, I’m Nataly.

I’ve spent more than 25 years creating across worlds that rarely come together in one person, from technology and venture capital to entrepreneurship, writing, speaking, mentorship, and art.

More than once, I’ve reached the strange in-between where the work that once fit me no longer did and whatever came next hadn’t taken shape yet.

I could not have planned the work and life I have now from where I began.

I had to create my way into it.

That experience, and years of working with accomplished people as they create their own next chapters, became the foundation of my REINVENT•ABILITY™ framework.

I believe reinvention has nothing to do about becoming some new version of yourself.

It is the act of creating a fuller expression of who you already are.

And I believe you don’t FIND your next. You CREATE it.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This is for you if you feel the Tug.

You’re accomplished and great at what you do.

But you know that your current work, role, or business no longer expresses enough of who you are or you’ve already left it and are deciding what comes next.

You may want to create something of your own, expand work that already exists, or bring together parts of yourself that have never had expression in your work and life.

You may have one idea, several interests, or no clear answer yet.

Most importantly, you are ready to take the Tug seriously.

You are done just thinking about your next and are ready to begin to create it.
